Williamsburg · Brooklyn

Good morning,
would you like
to come in?

We open the doors early on Meserole Ave so you can walk in to the smell of fresh bread, pour a slow espresso, and start the day the way it ought to be started — without rushing.

Our story

A corner shop
that feels like
coming home

Espresso Paloma started as a quiet promise between two people who believed a neighborhood café should do two things well: serve coffee that respects the bean, and bake bread that smells like someone actually cares.

We opened our doors on Meserole Ave in the heart of Williamsburg, where the block moves at its own pace and the regulars know exactly how they take their coffee before they reach the counter. That kind of familiarity doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you show up every day, measure twice, and treat the people who walk in like they've been expected.

Everything we serve is made here — pastries from scratch each morning, espresso pulled from single-origin beans we source directly, tea selected for people who drink it slowly. If you sit down, stay as long as you like. The chairs aren't going anywhere.
